RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

You are entitled to return your order within 30 days without giving any reason.

The 30-day period starts from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The goods were received by you within the last 30 days.

• The goods must be returned in packaging that adequately protects them from damage during transit. This does not need to be the original shipping packaging, but the item must be unused, undamaged, and include any original tags or labels.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• Goods that, by their nature, are not suitable for return (e.g., items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery).

• Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.

• Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions, at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods & Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Returns must be sent to:

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot issue a refund without receiving the goods or proof of their delivery. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
